Privacy notice
What we collect when you use ai9os.com or sign up for our emails, why, and how to make us stop. Last updated 3 October 2026.
Who we are
AI9OS.COM (UEN 53527859D), a sole proprietorship of Philip Choo in Singapore, runs ai9os.com and is responsible for the personal data described here. Questions, requests and complaints go to privacy@ai9os.com, which also reaches our data protection officer.
What we collect, and why
- If you sign up for our emails: your email address, the interest you choose (professional updates or consumer guides) and the date and record of your consent. We use them only to send what you asked for: alerts when a jurisdiction's licensing rules change in our registry, and a monthly round-up of new guides.
- If you email us: your address and whatever you write, used only to reply.
- If you buy a pack: HitPay processes the payment. We receive your name, email and order details to deliver the pack and keep tax records. We never see your card details.
- When you visit the site: Cloudflare, which hosts it, handles technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the pages. We see only overall visit counts. We set no advertising or tracking cookies.
We do not sell, rent or trade your data, and we do not add you to any list you did not ask to join.
Who processes it for us
Email sign-ups are stored and sent by Brevo, an email service based in France, under its own privacy policy. Payments go through HitPay; hosting is by Cloudflare. Where your data is held outside Singapore, we rely on these providers to protect it to a standard comparable to Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe with the link at the foot of any email, or by writing to us. It takes effect straight away.
- Ask to see or correct the data we hold about you, or withdraw consent, by emailing privacy@ai9os.com. We reply within 30 days.
How long we keep it
Email sign-ups are kept until you unsubscribe, then removed from our sending list. Purchase records are kept for as long as Singapore tax law requires. Emails to us are kept for as long as the conversation needs, and no longer than two years.
Changes
If this notice changes, the new version goes on this page with a new date. If a change affects how we use the email address you gave us, we will tell you by email first.
