Open-source intelligence,
at machine speed.
AI9OS is an AI-native intelligence platform that turns publicly available information into verified, defensible findings — with chain-of-custody by design. Built for the licensed investigators, security agencies, law firms and risk teams whose work has to hold up.
The platform behind real investigative work.
AI9OS gives licensed professionals the speed of automation without giving up the rigour their work demands — every result drawn only from lawful, open sources and preserved for review.
Due diligence & background verification
Surface identity, history, affiliations and red flags from public sources — corroborated and ready for the investigator to act on.
Online harassment & POHA
Trace and preserve the open-source evidence trail behind Protection from Harassment Act matters — with an intact, reviewable chain of custody.
Corporate risk & fraud intelligence
Screen vendors, partners and counterparties; surface asset and conflict-of-interest signals and early indicators of fraud and reputational exposure.
Person & asset tracing
Surface person and asset footprints from the open record — supporting recovery, service of process, and family or estate matters.
Digital footprint & reputation
Map an individual's or organisation's public online presence — exposure, impersonation, leaked data and narrative risk.
Case acceptance & lawful basis
Screen a matter before any collection starts — conflicts, scope, and the red lines that make a case unacceptable — with every acceptance gate citing the Singapore statute that governs it.
Machine speed. Human judgement. Evidence that holds.
AI9OS was built by a working investigator to do what manual OSINT cannot do at scale — without ever cutting the corners that make evidence admissible.
AI-native analysis
The platform collects and cross-references open sources in parallel, surfacing links and contradictions a manual search would miss — in hours, not weeks.
Verifiable chain-of-custody
Every item is time-stamped and cryptographically hash-chained into an append-only evidence locker, so integrity is provable and tamper-evident.
Lawful & ethical by design
Open sources only. No intrusion, no unlawful access. Privacy-respecting methods that keep both client and investigator on the right side of the line.
Confidential & sovereign
Case data stays under strict control, never pooled or resold. Discretion is the default, from first contact to final report.
From referral to court-ready pack — on rails.
Licensed agencies run matters on AI9OS through a disciplined lifecycle. Every stage is logged, and the boundaries are enforced by the platform — not left to memory.
Case acceptance, scored
A mandatory pre-investigation protocol screens every matter against Singapore statute — seven gates, red-line auto-stops and a risk rubric — and logs a signed accept, accept-with-conditions or decline decision before any collection begins.
Scope locked, no-contact enforced
The named subjects and a no-contact list are locked as a tamper-evident record. Every collection task is checked against both — a target on the no-contact list is refused by the platform, and the refusal is audited.
Open-source collection at machine speed
Under licensed-investigator supervision, the platform gathers and cross-references public sources in parallel. Each exhibit is hash-stamped, time-stamped and source-cited at capture.
A court-ready provenance pack
The deliverable opens with the lawful-screening record and the enforced scope, then a hash-chained exhibit bundle an independent expert can re-verify — evidence that shows its own integrity.
Every tool collects. AI9OS adjudicates.
Anyone can pull more data faster. In an era where a convincing lie looks exactly like the truth, the scarce thing is judgment. So no finding on AI9OS is confirmed until it has survived a structured attack — five deliberate challenges we call Gate 9. The challenge, and the case made against the finding, are recorded in the same tamper-evident chain as the evidence itself.
Authority
A confident source is not a verified one. What would have to be true for this to be real? We record the evidence for the claim and against it — credentials alone don't count.
Plain language
Every hedge — "linked to", "reportedly", "up to" — is stripped out and the naked claim restated as a question. If it doesn't survive without the qualifiers, it doesn't pass.
The dissent
Before a finding is accepted, the strongest case against it is written down. Consensus is not proof; a hundred sources echoing one origin are still one source.
Independent check
Machine output is verified against a second, independent source or model — never trusted because it sounded fluent. The cross-check and what it returned are logged.
Motivated reasoning
The hardest question, asked on purpose: what are we refusing to see because the client, the fee or the theory needs this to be true? The honest answer goes on the record.
Only then, confirmed
A finding that clears all five is signed off personally by the licensed investigator and sealed into the provenance pack — so the court sees not just what was found, but the examination it withstood. That record can never be back-dated or copied after the fact.
Built by an investigator, for the profession.
AI9OS is the work of Philip Choo — a security-operations professional and licensed private investigator in Singapore, operating under a licensed PI agency. After years of open-source casework, he built AI9OS to bring AI-native speed and court-ready rigour to work that was still being done by hand.
- Licensed private investigator, operating under a licensed Singapore PI agency
- Security-operations & risk background
- Sole author and owner of the AI9OS platform
- Investigations are conducted only by licensed agencies under Singapore's PSIA

For licensed investigators, agencies, law firms and corporate risk teams — request a walkthrough on a matter type you actually run, and see what the evidence trail looks like at the end of it. AI9OS works closely with Spyrrus Tech, and takes on a deliberately small number of additional licensed agencies and law firms — the same standard we apply to deciding which matters to accept. White-label delivery is possible, but it is weighed case by case and agreed rarely — ask if your matter calls for it.
Partnership and platform enquiries welcome. Investigation services are provided only through licensed agencies.
